Digital products (eBooks, audiobooks, and Ducket Stories)
Digital products are delivered electronically. Nothing is shipped. You will receive access by email shortly after your purchase. If you do not see it within a few hours, please check your spam folder, then contact us at ssadmin@thesecondside.com.
Paperback books
Paperback books are not currently available through our store. When they are, here is how they will ship:
Our paperbacks are printed on demand, which means each copy is printed especially for you after you order.
- Printing: usually 3 to 5 business days (Monday through Friday, not counting holidays). Orders placed on a weekend begin printing the next business day.
- Shipping cost: shipping is paid by you and is calculated at checkout, based on your location and the shipping method you choose.
- Delivery time: depends on your location and the shipping method you choose. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
- Busy seasons: printing and shipping may take longer around the holidays.
- Changes and cancellations: once your book goes to print, the order cannot be changed or canceled.
- P.O. boxes and military addresses: some shipping methods cannot deliver to these. If you are shipping to one, please choose standard mail at checkout.
Once your paperback ships, you will receive a tracking number by email when tracking is available.
